A full (all-electric) heat pump extracts all heat for heating and hot water from the outdoor air: the gas connection can go for good. It does demand something of the home: good insulation and a heat-emission system that runs at low temperature, such as underfloor heating or generously sized radiators.
Honest advice: a poorly insulated house is not (yet) an all-electric candidate — the heat pump would have to work so hard that comfort and consumption disappoint. Insulate first, or choose the hybrid as an interim step. A heat-loss survey settles it beforehand.
Expect € 8,000 to € 18,000 including installation, depending on the capacity, the hot-water cylinder and any adjustments to the heat-emission system. The national ISDE subsidy returns part of the purchase price.
